Qlaimit & THE BIG HUNT — Official Guidelines, Rules & Participation Framework

 

1. About Qlaimit

Qlaimit is an interactive, skill-based promotional treasure hunt experience designed to bring community, adventure and entertainment together through live location-based challenges.

 

Qlaimit hosts a variety of hunt experiences, including THE BIG HUNT, smaller token drops and community-based exploration events across approved public locations.

 

All Qlamit experiences are conducted as recreational, skill-based promotional activities.

2. Nature of All CQG Experiences

Qlaimit experiences involve:

• Clue solving

• Exploration

• Navigation

• Observation

• Strategy

• Timing and decision making

 

Participants use skill, effort and initiative to locate official Qlaimit tokens and rewards.

Qlaimit is not a lottery, raffle or gambling activity.
Rewards are not randomly drawn and no payment guarantees any reward.

3. Eligibility

To maintain fairness and safety:

• Participants must be 18 years or older to claim major rewards

• Participants under 18 may take part only under supervision of a parent/guardian

• Participants must comply with all local laws and public safety requirements

• Qlaimit staff, contractors or partners directly involved in operations may be ineligible for major rewards

4. Free Community Registration

Joining the Qlaimit community is free.

Free registration allows individuals to:

• Receive hunt updates and alerts

• Receive launch notifications

• Follow token drops and experiences

• Be notified when major hunts are released

• Stay connected to the Qlaimit community

Free registration does not automatically activate participation in certain live hunt experiences.

5. Types of CQG Experiences

A. Community Drops & Open Experiences

These may include:

• Public token drops

• Community fun hunts

• Promotional experiences

• Sponsor activations

Some community drops may be open to all.
Others may be structured for activated participants depending on the experience.

 

B. The Big Hunt (Flagship Experience)

THE BIG HUNT is Qlaimit (Formerly CQG’s) major structured live hunt experience released once a community milestone is reached and the featured reward is officially unlocked.

The Big Hunt includes:

• Clues and checkpoints

• Live location-based experiences

• Final token or reward discovery

• Official claim and verification process

6. Community Unlock Model

Major hunts, including THE BIG HUNT, may operate on a community unlock system.

This means:

• The hunt is released once community milestones are achieved

• Rewards are independently funded and announced

• Registered community members are notified when the hunt goes live

This ensures the experience is community-driven and properly prepared for safe participation.

7. Activation (Participation Services)

For certain major or structured hunt experiences, including THE BIG HUNT:

Registered community members may be invited to activate participation once the hunt is officially released.

Activation enables access to participation services such as:

• Live hunt instructions and alerts

• Checkpoints and progression updates

• Participant verification systems

• Safety and communication systems

• Administration and claim processing

• Access to the full live hunt experience

Activation relates to participation services and administration for the live event experience once released.

8. Reward Claims & Verification

Qlaimit rewards may include:

To submit and process a reward claim:

1. Official Qlaimit token must be located according to instructions

2. Claim must be submitted through the official Qlaimit process

3. Participant must be within the official verified system

Participant services and reward claim processing apply to eligible verified participants within the official system.

All claims are subject to verification before release.

9. Participant Responsibilities & Conduct

Participants must:

Unsafe or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the experience.

• Hunt responsibly

Participants take part at their own discretion and must prioritise safety at all times.

11. Fair Play & Integrity

• Clues must not be manipulated or altered

• No harassment or obstruction of other participants

• No unfair advantage systems or interference

Qlaimit reserves the right to disqualify any individual attempting to manipulate the experience.

12. Media, Content & Promotion

By participating in Qlaimit experiences:

• Photography and video may occur

• Footage may be used for promotional purposes

• Event highlights may be shared publicly

Personal information will not be publicly disclosed without consent.

Participants may opt out of identifiable media use where practical.

13. Changes & Operational Adjustments

Qlaimit reserves the right to:

14. Acceptance of Guidelines
